PRI Kenya offers many windows of opportunity into the exciting world of permaculture learning – ranging from from short talks and one and two day introductory courses to full two week design courses held in unique settings or over a series of weekends.

An excellent way to find out more about permaculture is to attend a two-day introductory course. This ‘taster’ will provide an opportunity to actively learn about the ethics, principles and applications of permaculture design. Whether a one hour workshop or a two week course, our ethos is solutions-focused, participatory, and learner-centered.

One day introduction to Permaculture Courses are run at the Fargo Training School every Saturday. This half day intensive is a nuts-and-bolts course filled with solid knowledge and techniques for future growers. Please contact Langat on 0722 996 578 to reserve a spot. This course is for anyone interested in learning more about Permaculture and how they can apply it in their everyday lives to create sustainable abundance.

How to get there:

The two day introduction to permaculture course offers a bit more of an insight into permaculture design and is a good platform for students interested in the PDC. The two day introduction course is currently offered at the Nairobi Arboretum. Details to come.
